Today the administrative boards of companies are occupied mostly by men. And when we talk mostly it is not a 60% vs. 40% fight, we are talking about an overwhelming majority of 92% of men and only 8% of women, and it is estimated that half of them are heirs.
Women in Council is a group of men and women who struggle to change this statistic. We want to show the councils and the world that we need to be much more than 8%. We do not just want to change the rules, but we strive to make them equal for everyone. They fight for equality.
For this we create a logo that always occupies 50% of the space where it is inserted. It's a logo looking for space and attention.
